Wednesday Class 1-Pack
1 Wednesday morning virtual yoga class with Cheri. This class includes Therapeutic Yoga – a blend of gentle yoga (with some strengthening), restorative yoga (supported postures), breath work practices and guided meditation. self-administered massage and energy healing. Due to COVID19, I will also be including specific practices to support immune health, stress reduction, lung and heart wellness. It feels more important than ever to nurture ourselves as we navigate our changing world and the intensity of these times. Our bodies need extra care and attention right now, which Therapeutic Yoga so beautifully offers.
