Crystal Visioning Meditation
This is a powerful meditation which focuses energy towards our best life and greatest wellbeing. It is a great meditation to listen to any time you want to release the past and step forward into your future with new energy. Many people like starting the New Year by listening to the Crystal Visioning Meditation.
As you prepare to listen to this meditation, there are a few things to be aware of. The meditation begins with a cleansing of the past. The cleansing and release will involve taking deep breaths through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. After taking several of these cleansing breaths, you will have cleansed and released anything you are ready to clear from your past. You will then be ready to travel to you inner sanctuary. It is there where you will discover a special crystal, gemstone-lined room. It is in this light-filled room that you will do your visioning process.
You will be guided to invite energy from the crystals and gemstones to flow freely into your chakras where you will have a few moments in each chakra to hold a vision for different aspects of your life. While focusing on your vision, the more you bring all of your senses and positive energy to the process, the stronger and more charged with energy the visions become. Hold in your mind’s eye, and in your senses, that which you are opening to make manifest in your life.

Ocean Breath Meditation
This is an excellent breath to practice when you feel stressed, anxiety, fear or tension arising. It’s also an excellent breath to practice lying down as you prepare for sleep. It’s deeply relaxing and can be conducive to a good nights sleep.
In the yogic teachings, this breath is called the Ujjayi breath. It’s a wonderful breath to slow down the influx of air as it enters and exits the lungs, controlling the depth and length of each breath. In the beginning of this guided breath work practice, you will exhale with the mouth open. Once you find the whisper/ocean wave sound with the mouth open and the air flowing out through the mouth, you will close the mouth and let the ocean sound continue out through the nose. As you inhale, you will breath through the nose, continuing your breathing in and out slowly, with the soft ocean sound and the breath flowing in and out through the nose.
Earth & Heaven Grounding Meditation
This is a centering meditation that is helpful to listen to before beginning your day. This is also a wonderful meditation to ground and become present with yourself. In this five minute meditation, there is a focus of grounding your energy and also opening to the healing light that flows from above while setting an intention. It just takes a few minutes to receive the gifts of this simple yet powerful meditation.
