The world needs you right now! I encourage you to reach out to help people to find their breath and meet all the feelings that are being stirred by the nature of uncertainly so prevalent in these times.
I recommend getting set up with an online meeting app such as Zoom for private sessions and group classes. You may also use FaceTime if your client has an iPhone to offer guided meditation or breath work sessions. I (Cheri) have begun seeing my private clients online. I’m finding it’s valuable for those who are feeling the effects of social distancing or being quarantined. Remember to stay safe by staying in if possible, and practicing the hand wash asana!
Your light, love, and knowledge is valuable and will help lessen the suffering on the planet right now.
